The NSW State Design Review Panel (SDRP) includes a team of state government design champions and 6 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members with expertise in design and Aboriginal cultural heritage to promote opportunities to Design with Country.

State Government Design Champion
Joshua is the Chief Executive for Greater Sydney Parklands. His role focuses on strategic planning, heritage and environmental management and excellence, design and project delivery and green and blue infrastructure planning and delivery.

Penny is a Founding Partner of Silvester Fuller. Specialising in concept development and delivery, she has contributed to the design collaboration of every project in the studio which span a broad range of project types and scales.

Libby is a landscape architect and Director of Gallagher Studio. She has dedicated the past 10 years to researching the design and delivery of high-quality public spaces to address climate change and has completed a PhD focused on climate adaptation for urban streets.

Carroll is a Dyirbal Bama descendant from Gumbilbarra Country in north Queensland. She joined the University of Queensland in 2009 as an Indigenous researcher and was appointed lecturer in 2019. Her interests intersect with Indigenous architecture and place keeping.

Jefa is Founding Director of Greenaway Architects and a Senior Lecturer at the Melbourne School of Design, University of Melbourne. He is interested in a holistic approach to design excellence within the built environment to ensure an integrated and people-centred ethos.

Diana is a Director of Urban Design at Studio GL. She brings extensive experience on major transport infrastructure and station precinct studies, mixed-use developments, town-centre strategies, greenfield and urban infill master planning.
