Shanes Park is located at the far western end of the North West Growth Area and is approximately 315 hectares in area.
The North West Land Use and Infrastructure Implementation Plan identifies a possible 500 homes for this precinct.
We will provide updates and engage the local community if this precinct is identified for planning.
Any future development of this precinct will consider the impact of flooding, the Outer Sydney Orbital and other factors.
