How to use land use tables

Local Environmental Plans set out zones for land. Each zone has a land use table that tells landowners, councils and other interested parties what they can and cannot do on a parcel of land.

Land use tables list activities that are either permitted or prohibited, but there can also be other permissible uses that are not listed.

We have prepared short videos to help council planners and others better understand how to use land use tables.
