With a new Sydney Metro station opening in Crows Nest in 2024, there is an exciting opportunity to rejuvenate St Leonards and Crows Nest.

The St Leonards and Crows Nest – Planning Package offers new jobs, open space, infrastructure and homes to St Leonards and Crows Nest.

Crows Nest has been identified as an accelerated precinct under the Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Program.

With the St Leonards and Crows Nest 2036 Plan approved, Crows Nest was identified as an accelerated precinct area.
