Official Caution issued to Veolia Environmental Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (MP06_0239) Goulburn Mulwaree LGA

On 22 September 2023, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution to Veolia Environmental Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (Veolia) for transferring leachate from the MBT Leachate Aeration Pond to the Bioreactor’s Leachate Treatment Dam, in contravention of the consent. NSW Planning will continue to monitor compliance with conditions of consent.
