Official Caution issued to TransGrid (SSD-9717) Snowy Valleys LGA

On 1 September 2023, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution to TransGrid for undertaking geotechnical drilling activities within the Snowy 2.0 Transmission Connection development footprint prior to the Environmental Management Strategy (EMS) being approved. The EMS has now been approved. NSW Planning will continue to ensure compliance with approval.
