Official Caution issued to Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (DA94-4-2004) Central Coast LGA

On 19 September 2023, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution to Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (Hanson) for not conducting attended quarterly noise monitoring at location CN-9 (delete) as required by the Noise Management Plan. Hanson has committed to conducting the quarterly attended noise monitoring at all locations to ensure compliance with the DA 94-4-2004.
