Erko Terraces was a collaboration between architects SJB, Tribe Architects and Architect Prineas. They comprise the second stage of the Erko Project, a master planned urban regeneration project that delivered 320 dwellings across 3 distinct stages.

Erko Terraces comprises 16 Torrens title terrace houses. Each home offers 3 or 4 bedrooms over 3 levels with an internal area of 185 m2. The terraces reduce the scale of the wider development by creating a 3-storey northern edge that transitions to the existing low-scale residential area along Ashmore Street.

The Erko Project is characterised by its architectural design; generous, private internal and external spaces; and a new public domain, which includes pocket parks.
