On 16 February 2024, NSW Planning issued a Development Control Order to East Land 5 Pty Ltd for failing to undertake and maintain erosion and sediment controls as required by the Development Approval. NSW Planning will monitor compliance with the development control order.
Official Caution issued to Upper Hunter Holdings Pty Ltd

On 5 February 2024, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution to Upper Hunter Holdings Pty Ltd, applicant for the Dolwendee Quarry, for failure to pay the required Biodiversity and Rehabilitation Bond with six months of the Planning Secretary’s approval of the Biodiversity and Rehabilitation Management Plan (BRMP). Upper Hunter Holdings Pty Ltd is working with NSW Planning to finalise payment of the Biodiversity and Rehabilitation Bond.
