Delegated decisions
The Minister for Planning has delegated his power to make a number of decisions to senior officers of the department.
Designated fishing activities
Designated fishing activities include commercial fishing activities relating to particular methods and/or locations including fish stocking.
Development without consent
Not all development requires consent. This applies to some low-impact or routine activities such as environmental protection works in conservation zones.
Donations and gift disclosure
The Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 requires the public disclosure of donations or gifts when lodging or commenting on development proposals.
