Building certification
Building certifiers are needed to help support the development of 900,000 new homes in NSW over the next 20 years as our population grows.
Thornton Terraces
This 40ha greenfield site has been transformed by Landcom to offer a mix of more than 2,000 homes, ranging from innovative small-lot housing to apartments. Residents also enjoy access to 15,000m2 of retail and commercial space.
