Official Caution issued to CEAL Limited (MP07_0155) Goulburn Mulwaree LGA

On 20 January 2023, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution toCEAL Limited for failing to review the rehabilitation bond for the Ardmore Park Quarry within 3 months of submitting the 2018 Independent Audit report as required by the conditions of consent. Review and revision of rehabilitation bonds is necessary to consider the effects of inflation, changes to disturbance areas and the performance of existing revegetation works.
