Official Caution issued to Built Pty Limited (SSD-10378) City of Newcastle LGA

On  27 September 2023, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution to Built Pty Limited (Built) for carrying out construction at the 42 Honeysuckle Drive development prior to 7am, that was audible at a nearby residential premises. On 31 May 2023, noise from a truck delivering material to the 42 Honeysuckle Drive site was audible at the nearest residential premises and occurred prior to 7am. Built have since recommunicated their obligations under SSD-10378 as modified, to key members of the Project Team.
