Penalty Notice issued to Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (DA94-4-2004) Central Coast LGA

On 19 September 2023, NSW Planning issued a Penalty Notice for $15,000 to Hanson Construction Materials Pty Ltd (Hanson) for not updating the Rehabilitation and Landscape Management Plan by 1 September 2021, 5 years following the previous submission. NSW Planning will continue to work with Hanson Pty Ltd to ensure compliance with the DA 94-4-2004.
