Official Caution issued to ProTen Pty Limited (SSD-6882) Narrandera Shire LGA

On 21 September 2023, NSW Planning issued an Official Caution to ProTen Pty Limited (ProTen) for commencing of broiler population under a minimum of required hours and not meeting the minimum required time period for the population of the entire farm. The breach occurred during the 2022-2023 reporting period. ProTen has submitted a modification application to modify placement limits. NSW Planning will continue to monitor compliance with conditions of consent.
