Official Caution issued to Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Ltd (SSD-8606 as modified, Blacktown LGA)

On 27 April 2021, the Department issued an Official Caution to Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Ltd (RCC) for failure to comply with the approved construction hours at the Marsden Park Warehousing Estate development.  RCC permitted construction related deliveries to occur at the development on 3 December 2020, from approximately 6am, causing noise disturbance to neighbouring residents.  Compliance with approved construction hours helps to minimise the impact on surrounding residents and protect the amenity of the area.  RCC has since taken corrective action to minimise risk of reoccurrence to ensure compliance with conditions of consent.
