Development Control Order issued to Capra Development Pty Ltd (SSD-7268 as modified, Bourke Shire LGA)

On 17 May 2021, the Department issued a Development Control Order to Capra Developments Pty Ltd (Capra) to remedy a breach of the consent for failing to retire ecosystem credits required to offset vegetation removed to facilitate the construction of their Bourke Small Stock Abattoir. The Order requires Capra to retire the required ecosystem credits by 30 June 2022.
