The NSW Housing Pattern Book Design Competition has selected 6 winning designs.

What makes a winning design

The jury chose the winning designs based on key criteria. This included consideration of diverse household types and changing community needs. They are also sustainable and can be customised to suit people’s budget and lifestyle. The designs consider the needs of the future residents and their local communities.

The designs are affordable, accessible and adaptable. They can be used for a range of different sites across the suburbs and communities of NSW.
